My approach to the body is very intuitive and I treat each client uniquely. I use a variety of modalities and styles to curate a treatment unique to the individual, but mostly I help my clients heal the relationship with their body through deep presence and education. I am passionate about translating the archetypal, symbolic mystery language of the body into accessible wisdom to the individual client, allowing them to feel seen in a way that promotes healing and restoration. My goal is to help my clients discover their body’s innate intelligence and potential to facilitate a healthy integration of the body, mind and spirit.
My education and certifications include:
- Diploma of Massage Therapy (Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy)
- Registered Massage Therapist (CMTO)

I specialize in Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Pre/Post Natal and Breast Massage.
What do I get up to on my spare time? I love strength training at the local gym and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I find deep joy in cooking and sharing nourishing meals made with whole foods. I also love picnics, exploring local restaurants, and walking by the lake. I am very community-oriented so I love to spend time with my family, friends, host regular women’s circles, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. As my Christian faith grows and grounds my healing practice, I’ve also been regularly attending Sunday Church, bible study and community groups.
A value of mine is to embody the lifestyle I promote to my clients. Taking care of myself directly reflects my ability to take care of others.
