Paniz has been passionate about fitness and human movement from a young age. She began her journey studying Kinesiology at York University while also earning her personal training certification. She then moved to the UK to pursue her Physiotherapy degree, training at one of the country’s leading university hospitals. Her personal experience with unresolved low back pain led her to explore Pilates and yoga, inspiring her to get certified in Pilates and deepen her understanding of foundational human movement. This journey also sparked her interest in pelvic health, an often-overlooked area of care. Upon returning to Canada, Paniz completed Pelvic Floor Therapy Levels I and II, and she is dedicated to helping women of all ages understand and overcome pelvic health challenges. Dr. Lawrence graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2015 after completing her Human Kinetics degree at Guelph University. She ventured out west to British Columbia where she practiced for most of her career but now, she’s back and excited to treat.

Growing up Dr. Lawrence was an avid athlete playing a variety of sports, but volleyball was her passion. She went to play in the NCAAs at Augusta State University and returned to play in the OUAs at Guelph University. She uses acupuncture, active rehab, adjustments/mobilizations and nerve-focused treatment to ensure that all aspects of the body are addressed and cared for. When she’s not in the clinic you can find her moseying around the city enjoying all the food, dog parks with her dog Daisy and hunting down the best London Fog in the city. Recommendations are welcome!
