The Athlete's Grid Chiropractic team utilize a dynamic approach to care customized to your needs.

Unlike traditional chiropractic, that emphasizes care for the spine, our team of chiropractors have diverse backgrounds as strength coaches, pilates & yoga instructors, and are trained in medical acupuncture. While we are able to provide chiropractic adjustments as part of your plan, it's not the main focus of our plans of care.

During your first appointment our team will create a plan of care for you modified based on your goals and style of treatment you are comfortable receiving. You will always have the option to exclude (or include) interventions such as spinal adjustments or dry needling based on your comfort level with these interventions.

My approach to the body is very intuitive and I treat each client uniquely. I use a variety of modalities and styles to curate a treatment unique to the individual, but mostly I help my clients heal the relationship with their body through deep presence and education. I am passionate about translating the archetypal, symbolic mystery language of the body into accessible wisdom to the individual client, allowing them to feel seen in a way that promotes healing and restoration. My goal is to help my clients discover their body’s innate intelligence and potential to facilitate a healthy integration of the body, mind and spirit.

My education and certifications include: - Diploma of Massage Therapy (Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy) - Registered Massage Therapist (CMTO) - Fascial Stretch Therapy Level 2 (Stretch to Win Institute) - Massage Therapy Body Mechanics (Sue Sheedy) - Lymphatic Mojo (Stop Chasing Pain) - The RMT Working with Infants and Children (Trimesters Education) - Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 (Chek Institute) - LifeStretch Instructor (Stretch to Win Institute)

Current/upcoming continuing education: - Postpartum Care Certification Training (Innate Traditions) - RMT as Birth Worker/Labour Support/Doula (Trimesters Education) - Intro to Infant Craniosacral Therapy and Fascial Release (Lori Hendrikson)

I use my current knowledge of anatomy, physiology & holistic health to combine traditional Swedish and modern Massage Therapy techniques with exercise and other therapies like FST to treat my clients. I specialize in Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Pre/Post Natal and Breast Massage.

What do I get up to on my spare time? I love strength training at the local gym and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I find deep joy in cooking and sharing nourishing meals made with whole foods. I also love picnics, exploring local restaurants, and walking by the lake. I am very community-oriented so I love to spend time with my family, friends, host regular women’s circles, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. As my Christian faith grows and grounds my healing practice, I’ve also been regularly attending Sunday Church, bible study and community groups.

A value of mine is to embody the lifestyle I promote to my clients. Taking care of myself directly reflects my ability to take care of others.
